Your mission
To strengthen our team in Kronberg, we are looking for a committed professional to join our Service Line for Video and Unified Communications Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for video and UC systems (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex, Poly, Crestron, etc.)
- Perform troubleshooting and fault resolution via remote access or on-site, including network and system diagnostics
- Support the setup, maintenance, and updates of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems and related peripherals
- Monitor system health using platforms such as Hummingbird, Teams Admin Center, or Crestron XiO Cloud
- Analyze network and protocol issues (e.g., SIP, H.323, TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, QoS, Firewall)
- Maintain detailed documentation, update the knowledge base, and create technical guides
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and manufacturer support (Microsoft, Poly, Logitech, Crestron, etc.)
- Assist with rollouts and upgrades of complex video and UC infrastructures
Requirements for the role
- Completed technical education (e.g., IT systems technician, IT specialist, electronics technician) or equivalent qualification
- Solid networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routing & switching
- Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Cisco, Crestron)
- Skilled in troubleshooting audio/video components, peripherals, and network integrations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Intune is a plus
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong initiative, customer orientation, and structured approach to work
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in technology
