Regional Head of Sales - UK

Description of the role
We are now seeking a high-impact UK Sales Manager to lead our market growth in the UK. This role is focused on the corporate segment, with the potential to expand into other verticals as the market matures.
 
While we offer full hardware and installation services, our competitive edge lies in proactive monitoring, managed service and long-term client support. 
In addition to UK growth, the role also includes developing global, UK-headquartered enterprise accounts — working closely with regional heads to define, align, and execute joint go-to-market strategies across Europe.
 
This position will be central to shaping how we grow — building relationships with customers, consultants, and partners to drive high-value, recurring-revenue engagements
Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the UK sales pipeline, selling integration projects combined with monitoring and managed services
  • Engage consultants and specifiers to influence RFPs and include our platform in enterprise AV standards — both in the UK and across Europe
  • Drive new business in the corporate sector, with flexibility to expand into other segments. 
  • Act as the commercial lead for the UK, owning forecast, GTM feedback, and strategic input
  • Take ownership and responsibility for existing UK accounts to ensure they are managed and nurtured. 
  • Build long-term relationships that go beyond projects, focusing on lifecycle value and support excellence
  • Prepare for team expansion by creating the commercial foundations to scale headcount and revenue over a 1–3 year horizon
Requirements for the role
  • 5+ years of AV, UCC, or digital signage sales experience
  • Knowledge of solution selling, combining hardware, services, and platform/software
  • Strong network in the UK AV and workplace tech space, including consultants, end users, and partners
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building something new with lean support initially
  • Vision to grow into a regional leader, building a team and scaling the business to multi-million gross margin.
