Global Account Manager (Europe-based (flexible within CET or CEST time zones)

Description of the role
We are seeking a highly strategic minded Global Account Manager to develop and expand our enterprise customer base across Europe and internationally. This role focuses on large, often complex accounts where decision makers are distributed across multiple countries and regions.
 
The successful candidate will work closely with our local sales teams and regional heads to develop unified strategies, ensure consistent messaging, share account insights, and coordinate high-impact pursuit plans. This is a consultative, value-led sales role — focused on positioning our range of services and solutions especially focused on managed services as central to long-term operational excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic global accounts, focusing on enterprise customers with distributed decision-making structures
  • Create and manage multi-country account plans in collaboration with local sales and regional leaders
  • Position managed service and monitoring as the core differentiator across the customer lifecycle
  • Influence global AV and workplace technology strategies, frameworks, and standards within key customers
  • Engage consultants and specifiers to influence RFPs and include our platform in enterprise AV standards — both in Europe and Globally. 
  • Align local teams to global strategy — ensuring messaging, pricing, and delivery are consistent
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for global RFPs, service agreements, and enterprise coordination
Requirements for the role
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise or global account sales within AV, UCC, or workplace technology
  • Proven ability to manage multi-region customer relationships and influence distributed decision makers
  • Strategic mindset, with experience creating enterprise account plans and multi-country coordination
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with internal stakeholders and regional leaders
  • Track record of selling managed services, SaaS, or monitoring platforms alongside traditional integration offerings
  • Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
