Join Our Team! In MVC Videra we provide advanced video and audio-conferencing solutions. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Onsite Technician & Video Conferencing Concierge to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of conferencing technologies at our client's site.
The concierge will serve as the first point of contact and central link for all our AV solutions related issues at the customer’s site. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice, support, and maintenance to ensure seamless conferencing experiences while delivering high-quality concierge service.

- Consultation and planning: You will provide competent and personal advice for the planning and implementation of video and audio conference solutions, ensuring optimal setup and usage of conferencing technologies. You will work closely with the customer to support bookings of virtual rooms, helping to effectively schedule and organize their conferencing needs.
- Technical support: You will offer remote assistance for planned video conferences and troubleshoot issues during ad hoc meetings for smooth and uninterrupted meetings, as well as guiding end-users to ensure that they are comfortable and proficient in using the conferencing systems.
- Maintenance and updates: Part of your overall tasks is to perform regular inspections and maintenance of video and media technology, including software updates, to keep systems functioning optimally. You will provide information about the technical equipment of customer videoconferencing rooms at various locations, making sure that end-users are well-informed about available resources.
- Event Management: Setting up and dismantling events is also part of the role, including microphone stations and additional equipment. You will ensure that all the necessary preparations are made for successful events.
- Concierge Service: You will provide high-quality concierge service, addressing the specific needs and requests of conference participants with a focus on exceptional customer service. It is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of all conference rooms and associated conferences while maintaining high standards of functionality and reliability.
Ultimately, this role demands a strategic and detail-oriented approach to managing and optimizing video and audio-conferencing operations. You’ll be an essential member of the team in making sure that each aspect of conferencing technology is robust, efficient, and aligned with our company’s standards and goals. Requirements for the role
Requirements:- Strong technical knowledge in AV-technologies
- Familiarity with various video conferencing platforms and media technologies.
- Professional and confident demeanour
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills with a concierge mindset.
Considered a plus:
- Technical certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
